About the Instructor

To answer this question I’m actually going to ask another question. That might sound weird but it actually should do the trick. How long do you want these programs to last? When you look at our martial arts program, the first segment is the yellow belt program. This means that we give you everything you need to eventually test for your yellow belt. Students don’t have to actually test but we do have that option available. If you want to learn more about how students belt test and receive their belts go to our martial arts section, and then look for the subject entitled, “Belt Tests.”

If a student were to work very hard on our yellow belt program and they tried to get through it as quickly as possible, they could possibly get through it in no fewer then three months. However if you want the program to last you six months, half a year, the full school year, or even for the full calendar year, you could easily have the program last that long. This is one of the major differences between physical education and most other school subjects. Once you have learned the multiplication table you don’t need to keep reviewing it. When you learn that five times five equals twenty-five you no longer have to keep learning what five times five equals. Where as with our PE programs, once you have learned what a front kick is and how to do it, you can keep practicing it to make the kick, higher, stronger, faster, and more fluid. Even if you had a perfect front kick you could still practice it because it’s a great work out and fun.

All of our programs are designed to give you a fun, exciting, and energetic work out, and all of our programs can be designed to last as long as you need them. When you are finished with the course we want you to have to option to keep reviewing the courses and continue to get fun and incredible workouts. But you also have to option to get the next program. For instance if you have been doing the Pilates program, you have the option to buy volume II of the Pilates program. You’ll also have the option to do other programs as well. Maybe you’ve done the Pilates program and you had a great time but now you want to try something different. So maybe now you’ll do the Movement and Dance program, or the Martial Arts program, or any of our other programs.

So have each course last as long as you need it. Whenever you want to move to the next volume you are more then welcome to get the next course, or if you want to try a totally different type of work out you can always see what other programs we have to offer at the Homeschool Phys Ed Condition.
