How the Program Works

What the Program Comes with and How much does it Cost

What if there is more than One Person doing the Class, Does it Cost Extra?




This program works very simply. You put the DVD into a DVD player, push play and do the workout. There are no special tools, shoes, flooring, or any other props necessary for this class. Every day we will have you do a warm up and some conditioning or strength training drills. We then have you focus on footwork, coordination, balance, and timing drills. After this we get into the dancing element of our program. This course comes with a CD with some salsa music on it. After every days work out you will have some time to practice the moves we learned on your own with the music. This is a really fun part of the workout where you get to experiment with all the techniques but also begin to learn how to freestyle to the music.



Jump roping for 10 minutes can burn over 150 calories.
