Our goal at The Homeschool Phys Ed Condition was to create a number of fun, exciting, energetic, and diverse physical education programs all developed specifically for homeschooling families. All of our programs are designed to be taught in the comfort of your own home, in your back yard, at the park, at the gym, or wherever you want to work out, and they all can be taught individually or learned with friends or family.
Maybe a mother and daughter want to try a Pilates or Power Strength Stretching program together. Or maybe a father and son want to do a Martial Arts program together. Maybe you have a son or daughter who wants to try out for the basketball team, or they just want to see what basketball is like. They might even be on a basketball team and just want to improve their skills. If this is the case we have a Basketball program as well as a Swiss Ball and Cardio course and a Movement and Dance program.
We currently have six curriculums all taught through the use of DVD’s, books, and other tools. These are the first six programs but we will be creating and adding other programs on to what we have each and every year. If you want to learn more about a specific program click on that program and you can learn how that course works, who the instructors are, where the best place to practice these programs can be, what the individual courses come with and a lot of other information as well.
