What the Program Comes with and How much does it Cost

What if there is more than One Person doing the Class, Does it Cost Extra?




This program works very easily. You simply put the DVD’s in a DVD player and push play. The program is set up so you know exactly where you need to be with each DVD on any given day. You can follow the schedule or alter it to your needs. The Schedule we have set up is for three workouts per week. Ideally on this schedule you take off at least one day in-between workouts to recharge. So an example of a great workout schedule would be Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, or maybe Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Again if you only want to workout once or twice per week instead of three times per week you can easily change the schedule to fit your needs.



Jump roping for 10 minutes can burn over 150 calories.
