What the Program Comes with and How much does it Cost

What if there is more than One Person doing the Class, Does it Cost Extra?




You will need an area where you can jump rope. This could be in your back yard, outside at the park, possibly in your garage or living room if you have enough room, just any spot you have enough room to jump rope without worrying about running into anything. The Swiss Ball part of our work out can be done directly in front of the TV. The instructors will be doing the drills while you do them at the same time. After you finish with the strengthening part of the workout we will do some balancing drills and then finish with a cool down. We will still use the Swiss Ball for the balancing drills so you will need an area where you don’t have furniture or a wall close enough to run into. If it’s a nice day outside you might want to finish with the balancing drills outside and then finish the days work out with a cool down stretch. The balancing drills could be done inside just make sure you have enough room so you don’t run into any furniture. The balancing part of the work out is not required but if you do have room for it, it’s great for building athleticism.



Jump roping for 10 minutes can burn over 150 calories.
