What the Program Comes with and How much does it Cost

What if there is more than One Person doing the Class, Does it Cost Extra?




The Swiss Ball and Cardio program is one of our best workout programs. There are three crucial elements when trying to get or stay in shape. These three essential principals are cardio, strength training, and nutrition. The Swiss Ball and Cardio program focuses on two of the three critical elements. We also have a nutrition program that you can add to any of our PE programs. If you want to learn more about the Nutrition program click on the word Nutrition.

Having a full gym is your house would be great a great way to work out but would also be a very expensive way to work out. The Swiss Ball can replace the vast majority of routines from a weight room and can give you a very healthy and professional workout. The Swiss Ball is fantastic for helping develop and build core strength. So what is core strength? Core training is a workout that teaches your body to work together as a team.

We also focus on a great cardio workout. When I first started thinking about creating a great cardio work out I had someone mention, “Why not try jumping rope?” I remembered all the jump rope drills I had done getting ready for martial art tournaments and remembered how great of a work out it gave you. When I had worked with a jump rope I usually just used it to warm up, but as we started creating this program it became very evident that jumping rope can wear you out in no time! Jumping rope for ten minutes can be the equivalent of burning 200 calories. Through the use of a jump rope and other drills we give you a great cardio workout but still maintain the integrity of having a fun and exciting workout.

The great thing about jumping rope is you don’t have to do a cardio workout for hours. You can do 10 to 15 minutes and burn a lot of calories very quickly. After we do our quick and efficient cardio work out we get and the Swiss Ball and focus on strength and core training.



Jump roping for 10 minutes can burn over 150 calories.
